St George's Anglican Grammar School is an exciting secondary school based in the Perth CBD. The School is a proud member of the Anglican Schools Commission system of schooling in Western Australia. Year 7 and 8
In Year 7 and 8, students study subjects in the following Key Learning Areas:
- English;
- Mathematics;
- Science;
- Humanities;
- Health and Physical Education;
- Creative and Performing Arts;
- Technology;
- Mandarin; and
- Religious Education.
Years 9 and 10
During Year 9 and 10, each student undertakes a range of mandatory core subjects and elective subjects to further develop knowledge and skills in the Key Learning Areas. The elective subjects enable students to begin focusing their academic, practical, and creative pathways towards their interests and abilities.
Years 11 and 12
During Years 11 and 12, students are able to select a pathway of study that leads to the awarding of the Western Australian Certificate of Education by the School Curriculum and Standards Authority. St George’s Anglican Grammar School aims to offer a variety of educational experiences to a diverse range of students. The School recognises the importance of offering different pathways of study and a broad range of ATAR, General and VET Certificate courses catering for the academic and vocational needs of our students. These pathways are designed to prepare all students to graduate with excellent prospects for university, apprenticeship, career training or employment.
